As a privately held organization, Servier is uniquely positioned to advance cutting-edge science, tackle underserved therapeutic areas, and make patients the focus of every strategic decision.Role SummaryThe Sr. Recruiter will support hiring across our US business, managing strategic positions necessary to achieve our business strategy while stepping in with our Global functions as needed. You will play an active role to ensure our businesses have the right talent to meet these goals.In this role, you will be expected to act as a Strategic Partner with our hiring teams to engage the external candidate market through a variety of outreach tactics while building a diverse and qualified talent pool. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage end to end recruitment lifecycle for requisitions across different disciplines, supporting the growth of the companyEngage hiring managers and teams to ensure an efficient and positive experienceAct as a Brand Ambassador to engage the external labor market for open positions and pipeline efforts; achieved through recruitment marketing, leading relevant event/conference efforts and other outreach tacticsGather and present labor market data such as salary trends, competitor and geographic information, among other relevant analysisDeliver a high-level candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; ensure compliance areas are met and maintainedManage numerous candidate-driven channels such as job boards, referral networks, internal population, and new external talentCollaborate with our HR Business Partners to ensure alignment to business goals and people and talent strategiesIdentify areas for improvement; lead and implement changes which enhance our team’s overall abilitiesEducation and Required SkillsBachelor’s Degree highly preferred5+ years recruitment/sourcing experience or equivalent experiencePharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience highly preferredHigh-level organization, communication, and project-based skillsExperience managing prospective candidates in an ATS/CRMAgile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs changeTravel and LocationBased in Boston; remote-hybrid position, onsite 2-3 days a week and as needed for in-person meetingsMinimal travel will be requiredServier’s CommitmentServier is committed to modeling diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry.
