Job Requirements Requested Skill Set: Fetal monitor interpretation, high risk antepartum care active labor management, c-section circulation, post-partum care, circumcision assist procedures, bili light care, lab draw from mother and baby. Must have: Fetal monitor interpretation, high risk antepartum care active labor management, c-section circulation, post-partum care, circumcision assist procedures, bili light care, lab draw from mother and baby, magnesium administration for pre-eclamptic patients. Schedule Information Scheduling requirements: Every 3rd weekend. Floating policy: Float to Sister Facility LD/PP. Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 11 Labor Beds/2 Triage/2 OR. Patient Ratios: 1:1 Laboring patients, 3:1 Couplets. Unit staffing description: Birth Registrar/Surgical OR Techs. Type of equipment: Monica- wireless fetal monitoring/ GE fetal monitoring. Documentation system: Meditech/ CPN. Additional Details Patient Experience requirements: Bedside Report/ Safety Rounding. Unit Based Council, Daisy Award. The unit is a small close knit family oriented unit. The nurses promote a team work atmosphere. Self- scheduling platform.
