Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Laser/Turret Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate laser cutting and turret punch press machines to fabricate sheet metal parts according to specifications. This is a hands-on position that involves reading blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring that all parts meet quality standards. You will also assist with other shop duties such as assembly and material handling when required. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting and turret punch press machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform regular machine adjustments and tool changes as required by job specifications.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify parts meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Assist with assemblyspot welding, and other shop tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Be flexible and assist in other areas of production when necessary, including press machinery and sandblasting.

Preferred Experience
Experience with the following is a plus:

• Laser Cutting Machines
• Turret Punch Press Machines
• Blueprint reading
• Assembly
• Sheet metal fabrication

Requirements

• Prior experience in laser cutting or turret punch operation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• $21 - $25 an Hour (Based on Exp.)
• 7 AM - 3:30 PM
