Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the perfect mix of leadership, financial compliance, and international exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring adherence to SOX and internal controls
- Coach and mentor the accounting team, with a future focus on overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Billing
- Manage the company's fixed assets
- Oversee 15 leases, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Play a key role in the company's ERP conversion
- Collaborate with global teams and senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to the company President

Qualifications:
- CPA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

- Experience in manufacturing or distribution is highly desirable
Compensation:
- Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
