Certification Details AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24-week contract. Please confirm your traveler's desired contract length at the time of submission D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Job Requirements MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. PBDS Assessment – waived.
