Responsibilities:- Administration of employee benefit programs and health and wellness programming- Assist employees in benefits selection, enrollment, and communication- Process employee leave of absences and FMLA- Provide orientation information and materials to new employees
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources- High School Diploma or equivalent is required- Previous experience working in benefits is a plus- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
