TPM Coordinator-

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the TPM Coordinator will work closely with the plant personnel to lead the development and execution of the TPM Program, conducting training and coaching the teams to drive loss elimination through the implementation of the TPM Program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain focus on safety in all TPM initiatives
Use TPM methodologies to continue the journey to zero incidents
Adhere to and continuously improve all safety policies, procedures and standards
Inspires and enables the plant leadership team to successfully drive to zero losses through the deployment of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) operating system
Demonstrate strategic leadership by working with the plant team members to develop a TPM masterplan for the site that is linked to overall plant objectives of loss elimination.
Engage and inspire teams at all levels and across functions to achieve results through TPM Pillars.
Build support and shared accountability for successful deployment of TPM
Partner with internal and external consultants to effectively support and implement TPM
Supports the plant in the TPM execution
Serve as mentor/coach to develop excellence in the use of TPM methodologies
Develop and deliver training as needed to build TPM knowledge, awareness, and capability across the plant
Anticipate and eliminate barriers to success
Identify, track, and communicate the metrics that measure TPM progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:
Prior experience with TPM development, deployment and leadership of Autonomous Maintenance (
AM
),
Planned Maintenance (
PM
) or Effective Maintenance (
EM
)
, Focused Improvement (
FI
)Education & Training (
E&T
),
Demonstrated ability to improve business results by working through others
Demonstrated ability to lead change to deliver results
PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE
:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering, and several years in project management or engineering, or industrial mechanics, or Industry Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
2+ years of TPM/Lean experience
Proven track record of successful TPM implementation in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Syspro ERP.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The job works in conditions with constant exposure in a typical manufacturing environment (67% or more) including noise, odors, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent walking, bending, crouching, climbing, and lifting
Lifting of objects up to 40 lbs
Manual movements and placement of parts up to 40lbs
Carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 40lbs
Sustained visual concentration on small areas, such as monitors, screens or numbers, legal documents
Precise eye/hand coordination
