Job Summary:Texas Transplant Physician Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
to support the Hepatology department.
Qualified Candidates:
Acute care experience requiredLiver disease or chronic disease management is ideal, however, not requiredWorks with the transplant team to formulate plan of care on the patientsProvide inpatient and outpatient care as indicated for organ disease and transplant patientsMay participates in on call rotation as assigned (1 in 4). Work for approximately half day on weekend days during call

The Liver Disease and Transplant Program at Texas Transplant Institute, on the campus of Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, is nationally recognized for its successful outcomesConsistently ranked Best in Texas for survival rates greater than 95% for one-year and three-year survivalSince the program’s founding in 2001, the expert medical staff have completed over 700+ liver transplantsOn a percentage basis, we have transplanted more medically urgent patients than any other transplant program in TexasFor more detailed information visit the UNOS website; the code for our program is TXHS
