Job Summary:Texas Transplant Physician Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

to support the Hepatology department.

Qualified Candidates:

Acute care experience requiredLiver disease or chronic disease management is ideal, however, not requiredWorks with the transplant team to formulate plan of care on the patientsProvide inpatient and outpatient care as indicated for organ disease and transplant patientsMay participates in on call rotation as assigned (1 in 4). Work for approximately half day on weekend days during call
