Technical Inside Sales / Customer Service RepresentativeManufacturing company in Southwest Charlotte is looking for a Technical Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative. Temp to perm opportuity; regular business hours; 45K - 50K salary plus bonusResponsibilities:Read and understand technical drawings/technical specs/and manual pagesPrepare quotes and sales ordersInput order information for processingGo out to warehouse floor if necessary for update on inventoryDevelop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; finding ways to add value to customer relationshipMaintain communication with customer by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.Requirements:Experience with quotes, sales orders, order entry, (invoicing a plus) in an ERP systemExcellent customer service skills (phone and email)Experience working in ERP systemsExperience working with/reading technical drawings; understanding of Bill of MaterialBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
