Beacon Hill Legal is on the lookout for talented candidates for a temporary Litigation Legal Assistant position with a respected law firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time opportunity where you'll play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to our managing attorneys.2+ years' experience as a litigation legal assistant/ legal secretary;Will support and work closely with attorneys alongside other support staff, primarily focused on litigation matters;Will assist with timekeepingMust have E-filing experience with state and federal courtsWill support administrative functions in the office ( getting office mail, front desk duties, receiving packages etc)Must have experience with Document Management System NetDocsWill be working closely with the accounting/billing team for invoicing- processing and getting them to clientsMust have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitaskMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
