Location: Chino, CA
Pay: $95,000 - $125,000
Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday

The QMS Management Representative will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems in the organization. The QMS Management Representative will ensure all functions of the

QMS are compliant to the applicable International Standards. (ISO 9001/IATF 16949):

• Manage quality system, continuous improvement processes and cross-functional projects, including the measurement of quality, progress, and business impact.
• Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training, and development for all company employee's.
• Lead Internal Audits including Layered Process Audits, External Supplier Audits and 3rd party ISO 9001 & IATF16949 QMS Audits
• Drive systematic root cause investigation & corrective action implementation on internal audit findings & prevent re-occurrence.
• Support customer on-site QMS audits
• Promote quality mindset/awareness within factory & drive continual improvement.
• Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a QMS Management Representative in the automotive industry
• Knowledgeable on ISO 9001 & IATF16949 QMS, Trained Internal auditor for QMS minimum (IATF Trained Auditor Preferred)
• Knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (APQP - CP - PPAP - FMEA - MSA - SPC)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university in mechanical engineering

Certification(s)/License(s):

• Trained Internal auditor for ISO 9001 & IATF16949 QMS minimum (IATF Trained Auditor Preferred)
