In mammography we perform outpatient screening and diagnostic exams as well as bone density. We perform stereotactic and US bx, and magseed and wire loc placement. Post clip placements are included in these procedures.

Shift: 5x8 Days, Mon-Fri, Variable Shift: Mon and Fri 08:00-16:30 and Tue-Wed-Thu 09:00-17:30 and rotating Saturdays (typically every 6th)Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes – Monday-FridayWeekend REQ: Typically every 6th SaturdayIs on-call REQ? No

Caseload: 30-40/day

Years of experience REQ: 2 yearsFirst-timers accepted: NoWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

Certs REQ:- IL license required (IEMA)- BLS required- ARRT (Mammography) requiredPending License accepted: No

Registered Breast Ultrasound or Registered Breast Sonographer - Preferred

Locals accepted: Yes – same rate

RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment.Guaranteed Hours: Contracted Hours

Special Requirements:- DEXA experience is a plus- Tech will not be required to learn BXs or localization exams- Tech should be comfortable with post clip exams

Adult/Adult Critical Care- Endrotracheal tube/suctioning- Extubation- Oropharyngeal/suctioning- Sputum specimen collection- Tracheostomy/suctioning- Medical Administration (Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled steroids, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Xopenex, Aerosol set up mask and trach, Hand held nebulizer)- Trach collar- CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BIPAP- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)- BiPAP, CPAP- Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation- ABG interpretation, Basic EKG
