The Opportunity: Registered Nurse – PACU Why This Role Is Important The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care in the PACU. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care. Skills - Required: To perform this job successfully within the scope of nursing, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to demonstrate any knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients serviced in his/her assigned department. Proficiency in using computers and ability to quickly gain competency in various hospital software applications Experience - Required: Minimum 3 years PACU experience - Preferred: Critical care and/or specialty experience Education/Degree - Required: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing is required with a Bachelor’s Degree Licensure, Certifications, or Registration - Required: Position requires a Valid/Current license to practice as an RN, ACLS and PALS required. Etc. - Location: Salem, NH - Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional extended hours - Job Type: Per Diem
