Emergency Department and Convenient Care Combo: Provide care at four emergency departments and two urgent/convenient care clinics. Shifts scheduled regionally for proximity between sites. 2. Convenient Care: Treat non-emergent medical conditions, perform minor procedures, interpret tests promptly yet thoroughly. Must recognize emergencies for referral. Prior Emergency Department experience required or transition possible. 3. Independent Practice: Work independently at a Critical Access Hospital ED. Assess patients, provide quality care, and determine disposition. Perform lifesaving procedures, manage medical workups, and transfer patients as needed.
