Coverage Details:Coverage needed per month: FT, 4x10s or 3x12 weekFrequency of any Call needed: 1, 12 hour weekend call shift every 6 weeksSchedule Details: 4x10s or 3x12 weekWork Details:Support staff: ACT 4:1 ratioDepartment Description: Level 1 Trauma Center with high acuity patient population. Our current OR schedule is approx. 60/40 mix of adults and pediatrics. In need of CRNAs who enjoy elective healthy pediatrics, NICU, ortho trauma, vascular, neuro, spine. No transplants.Patient Age Group: 2 years adultsEMR/Documentation System: EpicEMR/Documentation system experience preferredSpecial Procedures/Unit Details: Out of OR locations to include GI, Cath lab, MRI and IR.Special Equipment Used: Glidescopes, Hemospheres, GE anesthesia machines, and Istats.Requirements:Board Certifications Req d YesState License(s) / IMLC Req d?: SC LicenseCertifications Req d?: ACLS, BLS, PALSSpecific Skills Req d?: Peds experience. Delivery and management of general, MAC, and regional anesthesia. Arterial line insertion is preferred. No transplants or hearts.
