FT/PTHours: Design Your Own 36 Hour Schedule Three, Four, or Five Days per Week, 12-hour shiftsEmployedCall Schedule: No CallCompensation: Our Compensation package is broken down as follows:• Competitive hourly rate: $65 - $80 per hour, plus potential for incentive bonus 20K-80K!• 4 weeks of paid time off• $1500 annually in CME• 401K match is up to 4% of your bi-weekly pay up to annual IRS limits• Full medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as short term and long-term disability benefitsand company paid life insurance• Medical Professional Liability Insurance Covered• Holiday Pay and Site Differentials up to $30/hour• $75 - $90 per hourBenefits: - Comprehensive Benefits Package Including Medical/Dental/Vision - Generous PTO and CME- Retirement Plans Including 401k With 4% Match - Premium Pay - MalpracticeAdditional Info: Minimum Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in an ER or UC as a PA required.- Candidate must possess appropriate skills to provide appropriate care in an urgent care setting such as suturing, splints, etc).- All providers must be willing to see patients within the full lifespan (birth through adult)- Providers will work at multiple sites. Schedules will be further discussed during the interview.- Flexible scheduling, enjoy a 3/4/5 day work week- Physician owned and operated- Exceptional Support, including our ultra-efficient Scribe Program- Over 100 locations and growing into the tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT)
