OT needed asap for 13 weeksShift: DAYS: 5x8s, 40 hours/week, 8am - 4:30pm, weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements:Registered Occupational TherapistBLS2 years exp in specialtyPrevious travel exp preferredALL TRAVELERS:MUST live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applyingIf previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years
Required QualificationsOccupational Therapist, AcuteExperience: 1 yearLicenses: OT-MOCertifications: BLS-AHAHolidays: as neededWeekends: as neededSSN RequiredDOB Required
