Our Therapist contribute to improving mobility and enhancing the quality of life to our members.Physical Therapist Responsibilities:+ Travel to and from patients' homes, providing physical therapy as ordered by a physician in accordance with the designated plan of care.+ Design treatment plans that achieve results through personalized, 1-on-1 individualized care.+ Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.+ Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons+ Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about+ Develop quality, personalized, evidence-based care intervention programs that improve outcomes+ Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients pain and provide stimulation to promote healing+ Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly+ Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques and what to expect from the recovery processQualifications:+ Current Physical Therapy Licensure in NY State+ Graduate of an accredited PT program+ Proven work experience as a physical therapist+ Intensive education and clinical expertise+ Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities+ Current knowledge of treatment practices+ Excellent interpersonal communication skillsOther details+ Pay Type Salary+ Min Hiring Rate $113,000.00+ Max Hiring Rate $127,000.00+ Travel Required Yes+ Travel % 100Apply Now+ Brooklyn, NY, USA
