Installation, Configuration of NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX and ADM.Resolving escalated issues related to NetScaler and ADM.Application onboarding, configuration sync between DC and DR.Troubleshoot issues of Application accessibility.Resource management and reports generation.Handling the incident cases based.Coordinate with OEM and vendor for any issueFind out RCA of major issues.CLI knowledge is must for NSConfiguring Content switching, Load balancing/GSLB configuration with CLIInstalling/upgrade of ADM and NS Firmware with CLI.Minimum 10+ yrs. of relevant Experience in Citrix NetScaler is mandatoryShould have Expert in troubleshooting NetScaler load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, Content switching, GSLB.Working knowledge of Installing and troubleshooting NetScaler MPX, VPX, SDX.Should have Experience in Multi-factor authentication solution.Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process.Good oral/written communication skills,Should be fluent to develop technical relationships with end-users, OEMs and other teams.Cloud Load balancer -ARO /AZURE/AVS EnvironmentWorking With an Application team to troubleshoot load balancing issues.Handle Incident on case-by-case basis.

Salary Range
