Bombardier has been successful in setting the highest standards because we are a people-centric business that fosters passion, diversity and authenticity.Prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms.**Bombardiers Benefits Program**With our employees well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:+ Insurance plans+ _Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more_+ Competitive base salary+ Retirement savings plan+ Employee Assistance Program**What are your contributions to the team?**Represent the Technical Engineering Disciplines (Aerodynamics, Loads, Weights, Stability & Control, Aircraft Performance) during the Bids & Proposal phase of the programs.Interface with the customer and the suppliers technical representatives to ensure clear understanding of technical requirements and definitions.Lead and drive the involvement and inputs from multidisciplinary stakeholders to find solutions to technical roadblocks, risks and challenges.Ensure that all technical engineering activities are harmonized and that the delivery of all analyses, trade studies and requirements are performed according to the schedule.Communicate with stakeholders (customer, management, team, resources, supplier) such that there is solid alignment and coordination.Be accountable for the submission of all technical engineering deliverables.Coordinate with other Engineering Integrators within Bombardier Defense to ensure a smooth transition to the execution phase of the programs.**How to thrive in this role?**+ You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering.+ You have at least 10 years of experience in technical engineering and/or technical project management in the aerospace industry, preferably within the technical engineering disciplines mentioned above.+ Per US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).+ You possess an excellent understanding and relevant experience in the aircraft product development from conceptual design to aircraft certification.+ You must have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company.+ You have a strong technical knowledge of aircraft and preferred knowledge of special mission equipment.+ You have knowledge of ITAR regulations and previous experience in government and/or military flight operations exposure would be considered an asset.+ You are eligible to view and handle ITAR material.**Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!**Bombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
