PMHNP
committed to delivering patient-centered psychiatric care and making a positive impact in the surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments for diverse patient cases.Collaborate with unit leadership to manage clinical caseloads and enhance productivity.Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans encompassing medication management, referrals, and therapy sessions.Lead individual, group, and crisis intervention therapy sessions.Participate in departmental meetings, evaluate current clinical and management practices, and contribute to improvement initiatives.Intervene in and resolve crises or emergencies effectively.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.Current RN licensure and Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Massachusetts.Current Buprenorphine Waiver/Suboxone Waiver/X-Waiver.Clinical experience in psychiatric or related settings.
