Can be as long as 12 hours plus and as short as 6 hours depending on case volumeSupport staff: CRNAPatients per day: 8-16Patient population/age: 6 mo. -86 y/oDepartment description: Ear, nose & throat 2 x week/ spine cases 2x week / ortho 2-3x weekEMR: paperHospital bed size: 1 OR ASC - 2 pre-op / 3 PACU bedsSkills required: Intubations/ Regional blocks Facility procedures: Lumbar/Cervical Spine decompression, hemi-discectomy, total discectomy, knee & shoulder arthroscopiesPractice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery CenterBoard Certification: NBCRNA - RequiredActive TX License - RequiredDEA: NoCertifications required: ACLS/ BLS/ PALSMinimum experience required: 3-5 yearsCredentialing Timeframe: 90 Days or less if in a pinch.
