APCs with 5 year of experience in similar settingPAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course CertificateActive, unrestricted CA LicenseActive, Clean DEA needed before startCOVID19 and boomer vaccines requiredProvider must be willing to commit to 3 months minimum, with option to extendSupport Staff: RN and 2 MAs Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
