Performs a variety of administrative functions.+ Schedules appointments, gives information to callers.+ Composes memos, transcribes notes, and research presentations.+ Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.+ May assist with compiling and developing annual budget.+ Familiar with standard concepts practices, and procedures within a particular field.+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan an accomplish goals.+ Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.+ A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.+ Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.+ Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:+ Required High School Education or equivalent.+ Bachelor's degree, preferred.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:+ Three (3) years of related administrative and financial experience.+ Ability to work with minimal supervision-deadline-driven.+ Detail oriented and organized when managing multiple priorities.+ A self-starter who operates with initiative and creativity to achieve objectives.REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:+ Must be a U.S. Citizen+ Must have and maintain active Tier 3/NACLC/Secret clearanceThe Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is a fast-growing government service provider.
