• Process and verify invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an AP Clerk or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
