Summary of Position

The position of

Sr Financial Analyst, Category Profitability - Ninja

within FP&A will be responsible for working with Finance leadership, & cross-functional departments in the business. The primary responsibilities will include supporting the Ninja Category teams, working closely with our Product Development, Marketing, Commercialization, SS&A, and Engineering teams. This position will act as a financial business partner, providing Profit & Loss insight and reporting, in-depth margin analysis, & leading cost optimization efforts for a subset of Ninja categories. Reporting to the

Ninja Sr. Manager , this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to partner with the business is crucial to success.

Essential Functions

Prepare Category P&L's and review Ninja P&Ls for accuracy

Drive efficiencies and process optimizations to reduce the time it takes to create P&Ls

Work with Category P&L input owners to ensure data is accurate when sent to the teamPrepare monthly financial review packages for select Ninja categories

Provide financial analysis and insightsDrive action and follow actions through to P&L implementation

Continuously look for ways to improve processes and introduce new analysisPartner with Category Teams (Marketing, Product Development, and SS&A) to support both standard reporting and ongoing scenario analyses to enable informed decision-making while managing rapidly evolving assumptionsWork cross-functionally with the business and FP&A colleagues to develop financial models.Create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the businessAd hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assignedEducation and Experience

Bachelor's degree required in a Finance or Accounting fieldMinimum of 3-6 years of relevant work experience in Finance/AccountingPrevious experience with budgeting and analysis is preferredObjective oriented with a strong emphasis on business partnership and continuous improvementEffective communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionallyProven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountabilityDemonstrated ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in ExcelAt SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
