Youll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of technologies, tasks, and processes, all while enjoying the personal touch that our local operating approach offers.Growth at CGI is driven by your goals, so if youre looking for an inclusive place where youre empowered to chart your own path, then wed love to meet you.*The selected candidates will be expected to be in the office or at our client site 3 days a week in Frankfort, Kentucky***Your future duties and responsibilities:**Identify and understand customer expectations, study existing business processes, program, and legacy systemCommunicate key insights and findings to the product team by translating and simplifying the requirementsHelp design documents and maintain system processesPrioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirementsConfigure the product to support business needsPerform system testingUnderstand Business/Operational and IT Systems Analysis & IntegrationPerform a functional analysis of existing systems/applications and document findingsInteract with both Business Partners and/or end-users as well as programmers, IT staffProduction support and troubleshooting of a Java based enterprise systemBalance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**What youll bringBachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline5+ years of experience as Business analyst / Functional analyst or a similar roleExperience with ERP systems or large-scale implementation projectsExperience in all facets of the IT project lifecycle, including system analysis, design, and testingExperience building and maintaining complex systems, with an aptitude for troubleshootingExperience in data analysis and data visualization to draw business-relevant conclusionsExpertise in planning and conducting facilitative sessions for requirements gatheringExperience working in a team environmentExperience with creating a detailed report and giving presentationsExcellent communication skills in a client-facing roleExperience with SQLExperience in Report development and testing (Power BI, Business Objects) and Interface development and testingExperience in designing and developing web portal pagesDesired Qualifications:Strong communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlinesKnowledge of State GovernmentKnowledge of ERP and Financial Accounting systemsCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
