The
LPN
duties to include but not limited to:- Process physician orders, administer medication, perform IV therapy intervention and document accurate and appropriate information in the medical record- Collaborate with health professionals for patient care, update Plan of Care as pertinent to patient's health challenges- Perform nutrition activities, enemas, ostomy care, and assist patients with activities of daily living
REQUIREMENTS:- A clean, active MO/compact license as an LPN- BLS/CPR required upon hire- 1-2 years of IV experience required, LTC/psychiatric nursing experience a plus!- Must hold a valid MO driver's license
