Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Spa Attendant, your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, guiding them to their lockers, providing tours of the locker facility, and detailing available amenities. You'll also be tasked with maintaining cleanliness and stocking supplies in various areas such as bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, dispensaries, lounges, and public spaces. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing and tidying up spa treatments as required. Effective communication skills, along with upholding a consistently professional demeanor and appearance, are crucial for success in this role.

You should excel in guest interactions, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed are crucial, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach. Building and maintaining positive relationships with associates and guests is key.

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $17.59 per hour; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $17.59 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
