We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proofreading contractor documents and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting team members effectively.Key Responsibilities:Proofreading:

Review and edit documents submitted by contractors for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines. Ensure all materials are free of grammatical errors and typos.Document Management:

Organize and maintain files related to contractor submissions, ensuring easy access and proper documentation.Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for contractors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information in a timely manner.Support Team Members:

Assist other team members with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project timelines.Quality Assurance:

Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure all documents meet organizational standards.Collaboration:
