(https://twitter.com/BerryGlobalInc)**Responsibilities****THIS POSITION HAS NO DIRECT MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES****POSITION SUMMARY**The Feeder Packer along with our Secondary will rotate in the print area feeding, packing and stacking the product meeting all quality standards for customer orders. In performing these responsiblities, employees are to work safely, efficently and cooperatively in a manner that demonstrates team member involvement.**KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area2. Will assist in housekeeping when the print operation is down for change over, allowing for a safe work area3. Will inspect containers for quality defects before printing and after printing, have the ability to stop the press or equipment when a malfunction occurs4. Will follow Plant and Department safe practices including bending, lifting and housekeeping5. Will sign or initial each proper tray pack label for shipping6. Will work with the Lead Printer to understand the customer order; type of product to be printed on, quantity of printed product and the quality criteria of the print to be placed on each piece7. Understand the stack and quantity per tray, the direction of the product stank on the tray: openings up or down, handles turned in and proper labeling8. Know how to properly place container onto the mandrel to avoid damaging the product or equipment9. Will not allow containers to back up in the dryer10. Must be able to keep-up with the fast-paced production cycles2. Position requires agility and consistent attention to detail3. Able to tolerate constant repetition4. Some workstations may require sitting or standing for long periods of time5. Must be able to frequently lift, bend, and reach to perform necessary job functions6. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely7. Must be able to identify alpha/numeric product codes8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holiday and over-time**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**1. Previous printing experience a plus but not required2. Being able to read, write and communicate in English would be a plus**KEY BEHAVIORAL TRAITS FOR SUCCESS**1. Dependable, good attendance is mandatory and associates must report to work on time each day2. Good communication skills - able to follow directions and pass on important information3.
