Job Description:Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSOProvide technical support and guidance to end-users.Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.Implement ServiceNow best practicesConduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT
Required Skills
Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodologyExperience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modulesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment
