Job Posting Title Program Analyst Associate - Hybrid in or near Eagan, Minnesota Job Description The Associate Program Analyst is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support to one or more of Prime's functional areas: Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management (UM), Formulary, GuidedHealth, Pharmaceutical Trade Relations, Pharmacy Audit, Provider Relations, Clinical Operations and/or Specialty Pharmacy. This position requires the ability to come into Prime's office in Eagan, MN once a week. Responsibilities + Responsible for the coordination, project management and implementation of internal and/or client-facing initiatives, which may include: Quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee (P&T) coordination, annual formulary development and production, development and process support for Prime National and Client Utilization Management (UM) programs, review of regulatory requirements and adherence for processes related to Formulary, UM, GuidedHealth, and other programs + Serve as point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area including but not limited to: tracking department and program documentation, verification of information, coordinating any necessary follow up, generating and submitting regular reporting etc. + May support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations, internal and external communications, and the coordination of client meetings + Ability to come into Prime's office in Eagan, MN once a week. + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED + 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or other related field + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes + Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications + Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree + National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) + 3 years of PBM, Managed Care or Pharmaceutical/Trade experience + Project Management skills + Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management Minimum Physical Job Requirements + Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm + Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear + Frequently required to reach with hands and arms + Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch + Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure + Reports to Manager on the Provider Relations team + Could report to Manager or Director in the Clinical Operations department Potential pay for this position ranges from $27.69 - $41.73 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
