YOUR ROLE
In this role you will report to a Supervisor and have general responsibility for coordinating and leading daily auditing and inspections before shipment. Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, and you will be paid weekly at $26.24 per hour.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Quality AuditorsEnsure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are metFollow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulationsIdentify non-conformances and make recommendations to improve processesMonitor quality of outgoing shipmentsEstablish priorities and accomplish multiple tasksResolve discrepancies or escalate according to processDrive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and includedPrepare and submit daily reports of audit results to the operations teamReplenish supplies as needed to ensure smooth operationsWork overtime and weekends when neededOther responsibilities as assignedYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of warehouse experience in a full-time quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality InspectorAt least 1 year of experience in a supervisory roleSAP or other WMS (Warehouse Management System) experiencePC literate with experience in Microsoft SuitesBasic technical and math skillsCan lift up to 50 pounds
