Job Description Summary:This position is responsible for technology, network, and software needs of the organization and strives to provide excellent service to all users so that front-line ministry can take place without disruption. Specific areas include: problem solving, critical thinking, and solid people skills in the form of providing technical support to users. The role is cross-functional and will be expected to gain competency in various areas including but not limited to: enterprise software platforms, networking, workstation, device management, cloud services, and phone systems. Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for the IT team for staff seeking technical help or assistanceProvide excellent customer service to all staff and users who interact with the IT teamCommunicate effectively with staff to provide personalized supportWalk staff through any technical issues assigned to you in the following areas: enterprise software platforms, networking, workstation, device management, cloud services, and phone systemsDetermine the best solution for the issue based on details from the user and troubleshootingEscalate unresolved issues to the next level of support staffRespond to Help Desk tickets in a timely mannerDocument support interactions in Help Desk ticketsResponsible for other tasks as directedJob Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent years of experience is preferredMinimum of 2 years experience in an Information Technology field preferredA+ or Network+ certification is preferredStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills requiredExperience with Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, JumpCloud, Cisco, and Meraki is considered beneficialExperience with digital mixers, projectors, speakers, amps, and other Audio Visual equipment or a desire to learn Audio Visual is preferredEffective communication and customer service skillsContinuous learner with the ability to acquire new technical information quicklyAgrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of FaithMaintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy HandbookMaintain compliance with all state and federal lawsMust establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviorsIs self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellenceAdjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitudePossess current driver's license and able to drive company vehicles as needed
