Join us.**Job Description****AECOM** is seeking an Inspector V to be based in Houston, Texas.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:+ Serves as technical expert in field inspections and audits,+ Recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally+ Provides guiding direction for inspections on CEI projects.+ Sets direction and goals for inspection.+ External spokesperson on technical project issues.+ Leads the audit strategy for individual's area of expertise.+ Key point of contact for CEI project engagements and member of AECOM senior leadership team.+ Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.+ Trains other inspectors**Qualifications****MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**+ HS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education+ Driving is required for this position**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**+ 15+ years of relevant TxDOT construction inspection experience.+ TxDOT Site Manager software experience+ TxAPA Level 1A and 1B certification+ ACI Grade 1 and strength test certification**Additional Information**Relocation is not available for this position.Sponsorship is not available for this position.Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
