**15008BR****Job Title:**Technical Support Specialist**Job Description:**1. Must work in a confidential manner to ensure confidentiality of project files.2. Performs administrative and field support duties and acts as main point of contact for site correspondence and coordinating onboarding activities.3. Works with Recruitment Supervisor in ensuring appropriate support is provided to the recruitment team to complete the onboarding activities for the craft workforce in a timely manner.4. Oversees and is accountable for the preparation and submission of required documentation for government and/or client project requirements, ensuring accuracy of information.5. Ensures all craft professionals are provided accurate information during the onboarding process and assists in the development and presentation of information given to craft professionals.6. Is responsible for ensuring the onboarding team accurately verifies and performs all onboarding tasks including I-9, employment verifications, background submittals and pre-employment processing as needed.7. Is responsible for maintaining data entry accuracy as required to maintain Industrial Relations automation tools and reports.8. Is responsible for ensuring timely filing, copying, and scanning of onboarding documentation of employees.9. May answer telephone calls, take messages, and transfer calls.10. Checks quality of onboarding processor work, performing audits as needed.11. May order project or department supplies and maintain supply cabinet.12. Keeps abreast of project departmental systems, services relevant to area of responsibility, process improvements, procedures, and practices.13. Must be punctual and maintain a dependable level of attendance in accordance with project work rules.14. Adheres to all safety procedures.15.
