**Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA for a Quality Control Inspector. Monday to Friday Swing shift. $22.00 an hour****Job Summary:**Join our team as a Manufacturing Line Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining high quality and efficiency on the manufacturing line. You will perform inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to our commitment to excellence in production.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Conduct routine inspections to verify quality at various production stages.+ Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for adherence to quality standards.+ Read and interpret visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures to determine product acceptance.+ Work under the close supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor.+ Follow standardized written directions and visual aids for quality assurance tasks.+ Utilize magnifying tools, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and AOI machines for product inspection.+ Enter inspection data into the computerized MES system to document product status.+ Adhere to all safety and health regulations as directed by supervisors.+ Follow company security policies and procedures.**Minimum Requirements:**+ High school diploma or equivalent.+ At least 2 years of experience in a relevant production role at Jabil or a similar organization.+ Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing is preferred; a degree in a related field is a plus.**Skills and Qualifications:**+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.+ Basic computer skills for data entry.+ Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
