We are looking for:
Internal Medicine Technician Assistant - Part Time
Monday- Wednesday 7:30am-4:00pm
The Internal Medicine team is constantly working with our internists to provide information to our clients regarding patient care, updates and treatments. This is one department that focuses on relationship building as patient care is longer in duration. If you want to combine your love of animals and clients, this is the department for you!
What you'll do:
Ensure patients receive quality careEnsure documentation is accurate and completeOversight/care for stable patientsAssist Veterinary Technicians with patient restraintManage the restocking of supplies for clinical teamsMaintain clean treatment areas and manage laundry needs of department
Who you are:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent client service skills and phone etiquetteAbility to multi-task, self-motivated and strong attention to detailWork successfully as a team member and autonomouslySense of urgency, Critical thinking skillsEffective patient restraintFlexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessaryAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrior veterinary experience requiredPerks and Benefits include:
