Join an innovative team at a leading global automotive company in Raymond, Ohio, as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support a busy engineering division by managing essential administrative tasks, facilitating smooth communication between departments, and ensuring the accuracy of data and records. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a dynamic work environment with flexibility.Responsibilities:Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing logistics. Ensure that meetings are effectively planned and executed to support the department's goals.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, and assist with basic coordination of tasks. This includes pulling information from technical drawings, relaying it to suppliers, and ensuring accurate communication.Collect, compile, and organize records and documentation in an efficient manner. Maintain accurate filing systems, including both alpha and numeric filing.Gather data and prepare standard and custom reports with the information necessary for decision-making. Assist with budgeting and tracking financial data as required.Provide administrative support tailored to the department's specific needs, particularly in a technical environment. Assist in non-technical tasks, ensuring that engineers and management can focus on their core responsibilities.Required Skillset:3-5+ years of related work experience in an administrative support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.Previous experience in an office environment is required.High School/GED level reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills required to perform administrative support work.Bonus Skillset:Basic financial or budgeting skills are highly preferred.Previous experience in a technical or R&D environment, particularly in the automotive industry.Familiarity with global communication and multicultural work environments.Additional skills in research, graphics, or financial tracking.BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Raymond, OH (Hybrid) Onsite requirement for approximately the first 3 months during training and ramp up period.Type: Ongoing contractPay: $23-$26/hr
