summary NOW HIRING!! CNC Manual Machinist - 1st Shift Great Opportunity in Clearwater, FL About the position: This position will set-up ,adjust and operate Sharpe Manual Lathe and Vertical Mill. We also have a CNC and Manual HAAS 10-inch chuck. Working with aluminum, plastic and stainless steel to make tooling, samples and parts that cannot be made in our CNC Equipment Job Duties include, but not limited to: Study drawing specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequenceofoperations,and set-up requirements. Measure dimensions and reference points on material for machining. Select holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines. Set-up and operate machine and verify accuracy ofmachine settings or programmed control data. Fit and assemble parts into complete assembly. Install machined replacement parts in mechanisms, machines, and equipment, and test operation of unit to ensure functionality and performance. Observe all safety policies and procedures and operate in a safe manner.
