AML KYC Intermediate Associate Analyst

The AML KYC Intermediate Associate Analyst is a position responsible for participating in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.**Responsibilities:**+ Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews+ Verify and confirm banker ownership of KYC Records to ensure continuous flow of information+ Support phones teams with questions pertaining to document collection+ Review calls for KYC analyst and provide feedback for improvement+ Ensure all information and documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards+ Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as needed+ Participate and assist with the organization of weekly meetings and calls to discuss Sustainability and Remediation population+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.**Qualifications:**+ 2-5 years of relevant people management experience and call center working experience**Education:**+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceKYC Knowledge is preferred but not a requirement------------------------------------------------------**Job Family Group:**Compliance and Control------------------------------------------------------**Job Family:**Business KYC------------------------------------------------------**Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------**Primary Location:**Ofallon Missouri United States------------------------------------------------------**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$64,620.00 - $90,180.00In addition to salary, Citis offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
