Our funds seek to protect our investors’ capital while providing them with attractive current income and total returns.Arixa was recently named to the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. and we expect to continue to grow the business and our team in the future.Position OverviewEnsures thorough and accurate creation of servicing statements, packaged loan files, and all related documentation. Ensures excellent external and internal customer service while monitoring the loan through funded to paid off loan cycle. We seek someone who is intellectually curious, holds themselves to high standards and can thrive in a high-achieving, fast-paced culture.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform loan servicing by entering new loans into the servicing software, monitoring and booking incoming payments, drafting ACHs for approval, creating statements for participating loans and following up with borrowers on late interest or extension paymentsUpdate Salesforce with loan information and trackingElectronically deposit checks and book into the servicing softwareFollow up with borrowers with upcoming loan maturities and prepare extension documentationMonitor insurance expiration dates and renewalsGenerate payoff demands upon request and follow up on payoff demand approvals from ManagementReview and process construction draws and draw reimbursementsAdhere to all applicable compliance and private lending regulationsOther duties as may be assignedBackground, Experienced & QualificationsBA/BS degree preferred but not requiredPrevious mortgage or real estate experience2+ years of progressive loan servicing experienceProficiency in full cycle loan processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrityStrong problem-solving skillsCollaborative team player with a focus on delivering resultsDetail oriented and highly organizedStrong Microsoft Office skillsSalesforce experience a plusThe Mortgage Office experience a plusTrust accounting experience a plusCompensationThis Phoenix-based position requires in-office work three (3) or more days per week, to ensure close alignment among all team members.
