Job Description We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Software Developer to assist in the development of automations, resolution of technical issues, and maintenance support of our clients software. This position will be Full-Time and Remote. What Youll Do Develop and configure new automations & maintain existing bots using UiPath with core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand Coordinate and support software production schedules and processing for assigned projects Assist with test case development and unit testing for a variety of automations Support existing production automations and implementation of automation revisions Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, testing, RPA Runbook and other design artifacts Assist with the maintenance of documentation in the context of a change management process Work as part of a team, using approved software development methodology and processes, to assist in the resolution of technical issues Participate in test planning and documentation of test plans and requirements Seeks direction on the escalation of complex technical problems to appropriate channels Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve existing processes and technical output Promote policies that foster quality standards and industry best practice What You'll Need Required: Bachelors degree in computer science or a similar field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath Experience programming in modern languages (VB.NET, C#, or Python) Understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and logging mechanisms Demonstrated experience in analyzing, designing, and developing automated processes Experience with end-to-end RPA lifecycle: from requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance Proficiency in UiPath Studio and the ability to use its features effectively Preferred: UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator for managing robots and processes Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodationscai.io or (888) 824 8111.
