Start working the way you have imagined with Top Aerospace Manufacturer!Volt is immediately hiring a Data Entry Machinistin Santa Ana, CA.As a Data Entry Machinist you will:Support the manufacturing team by tracking and documenting machine setup times and run speeds.The Data Entry Machinist will follow parts through various production processes, record times in a provided template, and collaborate with temporary staff to compile the data into Excel for analysis.Observe and document machine setup and run times across various production processes.Track parts through different stages of manufacturing to collect timing data.Enter collected data into provided templates accurately and organize it effectively.Work closely with other temporary staff to compile timing data into Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when documenting times and processes.Communicate findings and any issues with the manufacturing team to support process improvements.This is a full time, temporary role 1 - 3 months. Hours are 5am - 1:30pm and will be working onsite in a manufacturing / machine shop environment.The ideal candidate will have:The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug testHave strong MS Excel skills and data entry abilitiesExperience in manufacturing, machine shop preferred but not requiredPay Rate: $19-20/hr** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
