At Chick-fil-A, Stockers are extremely important to the overall function of the store. This position is for an adult, out of high school. Stockers work early morning hours. They are responsible for working with the Logistics Director and Kitchen Director to ensure that the store has the necessary supplies to take care of our guests.

Responsibilities include:The stocker is responsible for unloading merchandise and goods off of truckPlacing and storing items according to established procedure/organized systemManaging the cleanliness of the store and disposing of trashMust have physical strength and stamina to lift heavy boxes and place items at various heights by squatting or climbing laddersBe able to move quickly to accomplish tasksBe able to keep track of where items in the store are locatedMaintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respectCommunicate well with all leaders and managementStrictly adhere to all Company policies and procedures.A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job.
