Moreover, we support the commitment of the Kao Group to manufacture and market quality products while always embracing the corporate culture of Yoki-Monozukuri.BenefitsMonday -Friday First shift 7:00a - 4:00p with 1 hour lunch.Great work environment with medical benefits starting day one.$16.50+ depending upon experience with bonus opportunities.80 hours of paid vacation per year with 11 holidays and additional sick days available after 90 days.Temperature controlled environment.Growth opportunities availableExperience the Kao Collins Team: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpdtoXcj65sAre you:Familiar with reading batch tickets / order forms and verifying the accuracy of your workExperienced in packaging products, pick and pullDetail Oriented with a strong attention to detailAble to work independentlyJob Function: Packaging finished product in various containers and labeling containersPulls, Measures, weighs, and blends product to batch ticket specifications (water, solvent, UV/EB, or oil based).Packages finished product, ensuring that all information on the batch ticket is completed to customer specifications.Processes and completes documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets, labeling containers, packaging inks and inspecting customer products per requirements.Communicate with management when discrepancies come up.Following safety and regulatory compliance procedures.Attention to detail and willingness to problem solve.Able to work independently once fully trained.Always Maintains adherence to "The Kao Way" standards.Inventory control activities.Other duties as assigned by production managementSkills to be successful:Education:High school diploma or GEDAnd/ or 6 months or more of warehouse experience required.Prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is preferred.Forklift certification a plus.Communication:Ability to read batch tickets (work orders or invoices).Must be able to work independently or as a team depending on the business requirements.Physical:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and sit for long periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.Must be able to maneuver 500+ pound drum on a drum truck.
