ENT opening in New JerseyLocated in Englewood & Clifton, NJPermanent Position; Full-Time19 miles from NYCSeeking a BE/BC ENT to join as the third doctor in a NJ practice located right outside NYC. Looking for a general ENT with or without a head and neck cancer fellowship. Must like doing parotid, thyroid, parathyroid and other cancer surgeries.Practice Details:- Private practice- Reason for search: meet needs due to growth of the practice- Looking for a General ENT with either a head and neck cancer fellowship or without the fellowship but likes doing parotid, thyroid, parathyroid and other cancer surgeries.- Big volume, huge growth potential- Right outside NYC- Very nice, state-of-the-art office and gorgeous facility- Work Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient- The group has two locations: Englewood (2 year old state of the art office) , Clifton office just opened in 2022. The hired ENT will work at both Englewood and Clifton practices.- Admit to Englewood Hospital, 1 mile from the office- Call: 6 weeks per year- 2 ENTs in the group currently: One has been with the group 3 years and is very happy there; the other was recently hired.- The hired ENT will be instantly busy; practice growing very fast, huge referral network- The affiliated Ophthalmology group in Clifton sees 400 patients a day, and they are referring out a lot of ENT business- Current doc seeing 35-45 patients a day- Huge growth potential: enough business for 2 more ENTs- Ties to the Tristate is preferred- Candidates must be BC or BE- Will consider new gradsBenefits:- $500K + bonus and incentives- Salary: competitive, commensurate on experience- Health- Malpractice/Tail- Life/Disability- 401(k)- Sign-on- Relocation- Vacation: 3 weeks vacation + 1 week CMELocation:Englewood is a city in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States.
