Advanced Gastroenterology opening in Wenatchee, WA Position Overview: - Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)- Full-time position, 4 or 5-day schedule available- Call is 1:8 when fully staffed- 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits- 14-16 procedures per day- GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics including Omak and Moses Lake, WA- EPIC Electronic Medical Record- Work/Life Balance and Benefits - Recognized by the AMAs Joy in Medicine program as one of 44 organizations committed to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation: - Initial term consists of a two-year salary guarantee. Following the initial term compensation structure will include wRVU production, productivity bonus, and quality incentives.
