Job: Phlebotomist I Duration: 6 Months Shift/Time Zone: M-F 6:00 am-2:00 pm Rot Sat 6:30 am-10:30 amLocation: Miami, FL 33196Job Description:Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.*Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).Work Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience.One(+) years of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED DUE TO HEAVY PATIENT VOLUME AT THIS SITE.Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.Additional Job Details: Must list home city on resume - rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.Overlapping roles do not count twice. The candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issues (bus, Uber, and rideshare are not reliable transportation).Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for terminationPlease ensure that you are verifying the commute time to/from the physical work location when submitting candidates.Candidates need to be within a 20-25 min commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.TB_HC
